How do you scale down an igs file?

Hello,

I am fairly new to Creo and having problems getting an igs file I recieved down. We are trying to reduce the size of the part down by 20%, so that it can fit into our assembly properly. Can someone please explain what the easiset way to go about this is?

Thank you in advance
