l have an issue in regards to exporting the PDF as the drawing line are thicker. How can l solve this as shown by drawing below ?

The video shows you how to set up a pen table file. If the line weights aren't correct, adjust the values in the pen table file until they work for you.

See time 2:10. 

Set desired value instead of 0,013 in your pentable.txt file. Try to test all rows with some little bit different values. Maybe you will need restart Creo before changes will be active.

i have an issue where my pdf for my D size looks great, but B size is thicker lines.
