How to get UN and UNEF threads in "standard thread type" pull-down menu in Hole command

Can anybody know how to get other standard like UN & UNEF threaded Hole as shown below ?

create or get from a source the desired hole file, place the file in the folder with the existing .hol files

check out this thread (no pun intended)
