By a clone part I mean a fully dependant copy of a part that can be used in separate assemblies but if the original part is modified, the clone part can be updated automatically, And if it is possible, can be assigned a different material to the clone?

Make sure that your source and target models have the same absolute accuracy set. This is critical in top-down design data sharing features to avoid regeneration issues.
Yes, this is possible. You can use the master merge method to create the clone which will be a derivative part controlled by the master and fully dependent.
Thanks for your answer.
I have never use Master merge method.

Look at inheritance features for a dependent model copy. I think that will work, we don't use them.
Look at a family table where you have a single model with some features changed, like material. We use family tables for hardware items, nuts and bolts, etc. but you should be able to change the material of each instance.
