Is there a way to dimension a feature without using the middle mouse button?

Is there a way to dimension a feature without using the middle mouse button?

I am a Mechanical Engineering student who happens to be a quadriplegic. My interface with my computer includes a facial tracking system for movement of the mouse cursor, an on-screen keybord, and to perform mouse buttons, I have a dwell clicking software that consists of left, right, and left click and hold. I have been modeling in Creo for a little over a year now, and have made due without the other mouse functions (i.e. middle click and right click and hold). I have not been able to add extra dimensions this whole time, I've been relying on the automatic dimensions that Creo generates, but am now needing further detailing capabilities for the increase in the scopes of my projects. Please advise on a solution to my problem if one exists. Thank you.
