Smallest feature dimension in creo

Hi, I am using Creo Parametric 8.0 and I intend to model and analyze some nano-level structures. But the smallest circle/rectangle that I can draw is around 100nm. Can someone please let me know what is the smallest possible dimension size in Creo Parametric? If nanometer level drawings are possible, how should I model that?

Thanks,

Jay

Create a new start part and assign the units and accuracy that you need. Change the absolute accuracy value and set the units of length to nm to meet your needs. I would set the absolute accuracy to an order of magnitude smaller than the manufacturing resolution used to make your parts, i.e. if lithography can resolve 0.1 nm then set the accuracy to 0.01 nm.
