Is it possible to show the view s in two different layers control in drawing?
Two views with different layer settings is possible.

other usefull function is make drawing layers independet on model layers. You can set it in drawing space. See picture below:

Or you can set some layers to isolate state. It means ONLY THIS layeras will be visible.
