Line Style File Not Loaded during Export

We are running Creo 2.0. We have a few custom line fonts created  in our drawings.  When we print via the Print command, we have no issues.  Our custom line font will print.  When we try to print via the Export to PDF command, (reason being is the export command allows you to add searchable text to stroke fonts), our Custom line font will not print.  We will receive the following error.  Line Style File " " Not Loaded.  The Line Style file, in our case column.lsl, is in the correct working directory. Any ideas on how to fix this?
