Among thousands of other things that Drafting is unbelievably terrible with part locking feature is one of the most critical one. Why heck you cant lock part so you cant accidentally move it when working at the top level??? All normal CAD programs have an option to lock the layer so it is visible and even"snapable", but user cannot edit it or move it. This is the one of million other things that is extremely annoying... and PTC wants $3K for it - it is just #@!$ ridiculous!
