Mechanism Error

A coworker has a mechanism that is giving me this error:



"Failed to satisfy motion axis settings."



Funny thing is that he can place the component and the mechanism works
as it should.  However, in trying to place a new part with a slot
connection, the point won't stay on the line.



We can't figure out what this error means.  It doesn't seem related to
the constraint type.  Any ideas?
