I am using Creo Parametric 4.0 M080
Same mechanism assembly showing different measure results when same simulation perform multiple times without any change in mechanism and simulation parameters. Same assembly tried on other system having same issue.

Hi,
please provide more details -AND- upload Creo files for testing purposes.
Without seeing the mechanism and constraints I would suggest the following.
Use the drag functionality to move the mechanism through the range of motion. When you do this, watch for unexpected movement.
Verify the constraints on the mechanism. Review the degrees of freedom and redundancies.
If it is not properly constrained then that could result in inconsistent results.
Hello,
Maybe some mechanism connections do not have limits which implies other connection respond based on movement based on which position they are, especially when it is about dynamic analysis enabling friction/gravity/forces...Example second time of launching analysis may not be the same in term of gravity and friction levels like a pedal of a bicyle, the force at the end of the cycle might not be equal to the one at the start of the cycle....
For this, it is recommend use and set "initial conditions" and in that way analysis will always start in the same condition.
