Modelling

I have some suppressed features in part model. I want to enable that suppressed features in assembly level. (Like simp rep). Is possible to do in part level simp rep? or other option.

But I don't want to create an instance.

You can use flexibility to turn on those features in the assembly.

One option would be to create a derivative part using merge/inheritance functionality to control part geometry explicitly in part mode. You can then swap out the components in a rep in assembly mode.
