Modify Spline Drag Handles

WF5 M090

In prior versions, if a spline had one end constrained with an angle
dimension or tangent constraint but the other was not, you could not
modify the drag handles. However, if both were constrained or both were
free you could. In WF5, it seems that you cannot modify them unless
both are free. This is a serious limitation and a rather large step
backwards.

Am I missing something here?

Doug,

In sketcher mode, I can modify a spline using drag handles without any problem. As an example - two curve entities with a spline created in-between and made tangent on each end. I get drag handles when I choose Modify.
