where do i find NPSF threads in proe?
That's a rare one. You are of course assuming the provided data is somewhat complete.
Imagine having to push the taper button to access straight pipe threads
This is the only worthwhile piece of information I found on NPSF...
A variation of the Dryseal thread is the NPSF
(National Pipe Straight Fuel). It is used for
internal threads and a NPTF external thread can
be screwed into it to provide a satisfactory
mechanical connection and a hydraulic seal. The
combination of a parallel and tapered thread is
not regarded as ideal but is widely used. Highquality
plastic quick disconnect couplings
typically use NPT threads.
Do we have tables for the BSPP?
that's valuable information thanks.
yeah proe does not have a table for BSPP either.....this is annoying. have they altogether forgotten the hole option?
any product line manager here to clarify on this?...
thanks
