Not playable

I am using Creo Parametric Release 6.0 and Datecode6.0.3.0

Hi @AS_10154029

Thank you for your question!

I’d like to recommend to bring more details and context to your initial inquiry. For example:

  • What specific actions are you performing when the playback issue occurs? Are you editing definitions, regenerating parts, or performing other tasks?
  • Are certain parts more affected by this issue than others? If so, which parts are consistently problematic?

Please add screenshot(s) to better understand what you are trying to do in your process.

Please refer to this guideline to make your questions more likely to receive a quick and useful answer.

This will increase your chances to receive meaningful help from other Community members.

What is a good question?

Ctrl+G is typically regenerate the drawing. Is this what you mean by play back or are you looking for something else? I know that typically I regen a model two times to make sure everything is up to date in placements.

If I understand correctly, you are trying to regenerate an assembly ("replay") and the part is not moving to where it is constrained.

Possibilities:

Is the part fully constrained with using "Allow Assumptions"?

Is the part constrained to a part that is not fully constrained.

Are the constraints of the part that is not going to its location constrained to different parts or just one other part.

From the pictures, I am not fully understanding what needs to happen to the green part.
