Rerun Intralink client setup...
at the 'Optional Configuration Steps' check the box for 'Configure Other Product Interoperability' ... click next...
at the 'Product Interoperability Configuration' Screen specify the proEngineer directory and start command
IE:Install Location --> c:\ptc\wildfire4
Start Command --> proe.exe
