Shaded View Resolution on Prints

Apparently the maximum resolution of shaded views that are put into a Creo2 drawing is 600 dpi. Is there any way to increase this to 1200 dpi?

We are making PDFs directly from drawings that are used to create silkscreen artwork for printing text and graphics onto panels that go onto electronic equipment. Most of the time 600 dpi is fine, but we have some very small panels with smaller graphics that could benefit from even higher resolution. We have tried everything we can think of but keep running up against that 600 dpi brick wall.

Try putting the graphic in the drawing at 2X scale make the pdf. Then rescale the pdf by 1/2.
