Sheet Metal Box Corner Design

Attempting to design a sheet metal box for an electrical enclosure.  Will end up needing to be watertight, so trying to avoid large gaps in corners on the flat wall so they can be welded closed.  Using the "Flat" tool creates these large corner gaps.  Any ideas?

You have the option of some "standard" corner relief geometries. Would any of them resolve the issue?
