do you know how i can reduce the Stress here with CROE (due the singularity) ?

I am not sure that is a singularity. To answer your question though, you can create a volume and then exclude the volume from your results. You can also just explain it away if you have a high ductility part by saying that yes it may locally yield but then the stress will be spread out.

 

To reduce the stress the easiest thing is to open up the size of that hole, change your load or otherwise change your geometry.
