Solidworks files not importing properly

We have a model that is lofted in solidworks. I've tried opening parasolid, step, native, and iges files in creo and the same surfaces are always missing. I can open the exported files in solidworks without issue so I am thinking it should be doable, but maybe my settings are wrong.

Are there any settings that I can use to help load the files correctly? Usually I can fix the models myself, but this has a loft generated by some equations so I cannot recreate it.

If you have tried all possible options, then file a Support case or share the model here(if you're not under any constraints). Your gut feeling is right there something that SW export or import that Creo needs to replicate. Data exchange is not perfect science as you have experienced, the best solution is to try everything.
