Thanks to Stephen Williams and Ronald Grabau for the fast response
When you are in the x-hatching modification area, get the part you want to
show as non-sectioned selected or highlighted and select the Excl Comp in
the menu.
Don't believe what it shows you immediately. You have to hit done and then
repaint or regen the view to get it to show non-sectioned.
