Summary - Diameter with broken leader
MicekR says there is a special button for that in WF5 "This is a Z-Raduis
dimension. Center point location is picked on the screen. "

*I was also corrected in what the nomenclature and type for this symbol is.
This is a Z radius, and it is a radius that i drew not a diameter dimension.
I also learned that the double arrow is specified in the ASME Y14.5M
standard but the Z radius is not. It is a sort of best practice that has
not been incorporated into the standard. There are some issues about how the
position of the radius center is known see here:*
