Summary - Sheet metal Cut Weirdness

I still don't know why it worked on one and not the other, but I
redefined my hem from a flush / closed hem to an open hem but with only
a gap of 0.01mm and it now works as expected.  It's a Pro/E thing, I
guess.



Oh, for those who suggested that the mirror may be a source of the
difficulty, the part isn't actually mirrored as in a mirror feature.  I
made a copy of the part and redefined all the features so they produced
a mirrored part.
