I am trying to get a .tiff file to open directly from Intralink into a generic picture viewer, does anyone know if this is possible. I was able to go into Administration/Object/Object Types and see the default is set to launch Imagenation which not all of our users have installed.
Could i somehow set it so that the users who have Imagenation it defaults to this, and the users who do nothavethis progam it would default to ageneric picture viewer?
