Table Regions

Is there a way to have a table not repeat? I am using the Repeat Region for my Format which has part name, operation name etc. is then Imported into my drawing sheet.

I have the Family table associated with multiple simplied reps and Family Table Parameters. I set with the drawing model according to the Simplied Rep.

Ex. I am creating a Family Table that is named a Drill Holes on one sheet and then on another Inspect Part I am using the Report Symbol fam.inst.ptc_common_name.

Two quick questions. Hey, its Friday and these this have been bugging me
for quite awile.

1) When I create a new view on a drawing, I am asked a question about
Combined State. Can this be set to "Don't Prompt"

2) Every day I start pro, and when I first open a drawing, the view
positions are Locked. I have to unlock them before I can move them. is there
a config setting to auto unlock view locations?
