the drawing options control the display of leading and trailing zeros.

 

Drawing options settings:  File>Prepare>Drawing Properties and select "change" for Detail Options

  • dim_trail_zero_max_places may be limiting the trailing zeros - set to "same_as_dim"
  • Lead_trail_zeros may be preventing trailing zeros - set to "both"

Are you metric or English units. I think metric standard is to drop the zero after the decimal.
