Wildfire 4 and PDF Creation Issues

All of our production drawings are dual dimensioned with inches as primary, millimeters as secondary and located below primary. This week we upgraded from WF3 to WF4. Now when I create a PDF of a drawing the secondary dimension places the tolerance first and than nominal specification as one single unit. Example: Should be [0.622±.038] what is shown [±0.0380.622] I have determined that selecting "stroke all fonts" will correct the issue however this action can only be used once because of the next attempt will fail due to a memory error requiring a restart of WF4 and file sizes increase significantly. Example: File Size without stroke all fonts 101 KB File Size with stroke all fonts 2.54 MB Any idea's on how to fix? Thanks.............S. Springer

We have same problem with sizes of PDFs in WF5_M020.

Okay, found a couple of work arounds that will allow for dual dimensioning and keep the file size down by simply saving as a PDF without stroking of fonts. >The first one was remove the brackets from secondary dimensions. This could create some confusion without any true seperation of primary[secondary] so we have elected not to follow this route. >The second, change our tolerancing practice away from symetrical to a plus/minus format. It works and this is what we've decided to do. Hope this helps..........
