Windchill Relationship Report missing mfg.mfg

In process of having a few drawing's released, and seeing an unusual
error.
I have a Cable assembly drawing with the following file added to the drw :
Cable.asm, Cable_Flat.asm, Cable_mfg.asm
For some reason the Cable_mfg.mfg does not come up in the Windchill
relationship report.
I cannot add the Cable_mfg.mfg to the drw, it is part of the Cable_mfg.asm
This was not an issue with WF4 and Intralink, is their a different
proceedure that needs to be done for CREO Parametric 2.0 and CPDM
Windchill?

Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 (Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 5.0)
* All manufacturing information will be stored in the .asm file
* Any legacy .mfg file read into Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 is converted to .asm when saving
