ball mechanism with constraints??

Hi all,

is there any way to model a ball mechanism with constraints? How to you
constrain the moving part to move inside a cone of 12 degrees ? (for
example)
of course the tip of the cone must be the datum point used of the ball
mechanism.

thanks in advance
