broken edges of holes creo 4.0 & 3.0

what is the setting to change to get it so the edge of holes are not broken into 2 segments in both creo 3.0 and 4.0?

Not possible.  It's how the underlying kernel models circles.

Just saw this article come out today.  It included a similar statement:

"Creo always splits cylindrical and spherical surfaces in halves while other systems allow these to be full periodic surfaces"

no it is just a setting. Unfortunately or IT guy who knew this setting is no longer with us. When we would get models like this from customers he would just go in a change it and then it would be full circles on the edges

I'd be very surprised if this was possible. This is very old functionality deep in the Creo engine. It's been this way forever and I've never heard of full circles being possible in Creo.
