can't make drw file

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 6.0 (connected) 6.0 6.0.6.0

Can't make drw file at some part, ok button 'color is grey

Like @VladimirN said, you haven't attached any screenshot, but if I had to guess, I'd say that you might have activated "Use drawing model file name" option when choosing Drawing as a new file but in the second window, where you configure drawing details (like template, format etc.) you haven't defined a default model, so there is nothing to copy drawing file name from, thus preventing you from creating a drawing.

I had found the solution, that is same file name  being in some fold.
