cosmetic thread

Hi, I've made a cosmetic thread on special screws.

But I can not see it.

Any layer is hide.

I would like to use end of thread (family table drived) as a plane.

Is it possible ?

Thanks

Dominique,

  • cylinders / holes with and w/o threads do not look different.
    • Change view style to hidden line and see if the thread does exist
      • I personally indicate threads by painting holes/cylinders /neon green/
  • For plane offset, please use relation - offset plane by threaded length.

Regards!

Thanks a lot,
So I've managed this as you suggested with a datum plane an relation.

But it's strange that it seems not to be possible to see thread.

All layers are set as visible...
