my creo parametric keeps crashing. I should send the traceback.log to the support, but i can´t find an Address.

Is it crashing on specific operation or on start ?
reviewed the log file, case for exit in traceback has been corrected in Creo 5.0.2.0. Current available Creo 5.0 build is 5.0.4.0,
