intralink 3.2 help need badly today

I will not be in here tomorrow if I can help it so I need the help today hopefully. Sorry it is late in the afternoon.

I have a person who I think has a corrupt .proi folder. We are not able to update, delete, export to disc or workspace any file. I cannot as much as delete an empty workspace. I not sure what to do because he has a number of workspaces with a number, in some workspace cases large number, of items that are new or modified some are modified and out of date. Yes shame on him.

We are running intralink3.2 and WF 2.0 on XP machines.

Does anyone have any idea what can be done?

I hope it's in time:

rename the folder .proi to something different. Then start Intralink, which will create a new, empty .proi.

Create a new workspace, check out the project You were working on.

Then, import the required files from th old .proi subfolder, overriding the files in the workspace (override any 'same name exists' conflicts).

That will take some time and manual tweaking, but usually works.
