rip

I have a simple rip and a tab bent up but I can't seem to get a flat
pattern to work. I must be missing something, Do I need to merge the rip
in some way ?

I've had the flat pattern not work once or twice. It was due to very complex bending of the part. I did find though that an unbend all worked. On another odd note, after more manipulation the flat "magically" worked again. Try an unbend all.
