Creo View Express 7.1 will not open any of my .sec files.
Why are you trying to open a section file in CreoView Express.
I do not see where .sec files are supported in CV.
Attached is a snip of the program showing that it can support .sec files.
Your image shows Creo Parametric supporting .sec files, not Creo View.
Creo Parametric will open .sec files.
What program are you actually using?
