Hello I am not sure how to go about completing a conduction simulation. I have a circular housing on a hot plate. The hot plate is already heated to start with and maintains a constant temperature when the housing is placed on top. So there is contact on one surface of the bottom of the housing. I would like to complete a transient response. Are there any suggestions on how to complete this? Or in general how to go about competing a simple conduction simulation?
