Creo 7 & Inertia Tensor Sign Convention

Hi folks,

Just a quick question from a relatively new user of Creo.

With respect to the calculated mass properties, does anyone know which inertia tensor sign convention Creo uses? I've been told by some of my seniors that it's the negative inertia tensor, but does Creo specifically state that somewhere?

Thanks!

Check here for clarification on the mathematical algorithms used.

Hey, thanks for the response!

I keep scouring through that page, but I can't find the section where they mention whether the positive or negative integral is used. It doesn't seem to mention product of inertia at all.
