If I try to Open Using Default Template for a result set, I immediately get an error message and then a fatal error. However, if I first launch Creo Simulate, and then use Open Result → Default Template, the same results open normally with no issues.
P.S. i don't have any Z:\ drive

I agree with Martin that a fatal error should be reported via a Technical Support case and if you open a case, be sure to add the traceback.log to the case as an attachment.
The Z drive in that information window is referring to the Simulate internal location and this directs to a pgl (graphics) file so if you open the case, I'd also recommend providing your machine and graphics information to compare to the certified and supported platforms for Creo 11.
