I haven't used this older Mechanica Motion function in awhile and I am wondering, since Motion is now gone, is this design study available in Mechanism? If so, how do I go about accessing it? WF4.0...

Absolutely. Use mechanism analysis in BMX. Actually it is much better since you can perform DOE studies, statistical design studies, optimization, DFSS, performance monitor attributes and a lot more.
