This was answered by a PTC Technical Sales Specialist. It is possible to define material properties as a funciton of temperature orthotropically, but it is not availble in older software versions. You need Creo.
I think that the closest one can get is by using Orthotropic material properties where it is possible to define k1,k2,k3. These are constant and cannot be varied according to a function.
