How to separate interfering parts in import data doctor?

Refer attachment I want to separate the following components. The beads are interfering.

I want to move the green bead up by 0.5mm throughout the contour of the hemisphere so that both surfaces are only in contact.

Inside IDD you will have to use IDD tools (trim, extend, delete, dettach etc..) If you are not familiar with them it's more difficult.

Why multi bodies in a single part, why don't you create separate files and do an assembly?

While importing the IGS file, force the assembly option instead of the part.

If this doesn't work, import the file two times, inside of IDD erase one of the models on both parts. Then you can modify each part with Creo tools.
