Mechanica License Issue with WF3

I have some users that are still on Wildfire 3 and they are having issues with Mechanica no longer working after getting a new license file.

I transferred the license file to my laptop to test the issue and found that I can run Mechanica in Wildfire 4 but not in Wildfire 3.

Did PTC change licensing for Mechanica between 3 & 4??

Running WF3-m250 & WF4-m170

Getting these errors:
Unable to get required Mechanica license. Please contact your sales representative.
Cannot find Mechanica installation. Some features will be disabled.
Part 'WF3_MECH_TEST' not changed since last regen.
Mechanica Native mode is not available. Only FEM Mode is currently available.

The license file looks like this:
#MECBASICENG_License 4 Creo Elements/Pro Mechanica (formerly Pr Wildfire 5.0 Flt Lic perm
#MECBASICUI_License 4 Creo Elements/Pro Mechanica (formerly Pr Wildfire 5.0 Flt Lic perm

# Serviceable = Creo Elements/Pro Mechanica (formerly Pro/ENGINEER)
# Feature Name = MECBASICENG_License
# Feature Version = 31.0
# Number of Copies = 4
# Expiration Date = permanent

# Feature Name = MECBASICUI_License

Found the answer.

I had forgotten that in previous revs of ProE you have to actually configure the interoperability between Mechanica and ProE.

How soon we forget.
