Process to carry out FEA to check strength of static structure handling rotating bodies.

Hello All,

 I wanted ot know what type of analysis is it called. I have a 60m large rotating assembly mounted on static structure. So I wanted to know whether the static structure can withstand the dynamic load + static load of rotating components and static components together. 

Can you please advise whether its possible in CREO simulate? if yes then kindly request you to share info on its procedure.
