Does anyone have suggestions on the best training for Arbortext Styler for two individuals in our organization?

Absolutely get a copy of PTC eLearning. We always recommend that to our customers. They cover everything. Even the videos for the old versions are good for people using the most current version. There's lots of information in there.
Keep an eye out for occasional training led by PTC's Simon Taylor. He's doing periodic webinar sessions. He posts announcements here.
We do periodic webinars in the Arbortext TC Dojo http://www.tcdojo.org It's part of our community commitment. Right now they happen quarterly. The webinars are free, but the videos are only available to Members of the TC Dojo Mastermind Group. Session topics are voted on by attendees. I can't speak for 3rd party groups, as I know some of them have some available, however PTC does provide some training.
