Is there any end to end documentation available to integrate these systems, documentation available on the support side is very confusing.

There is a PTC Help Centre for DPT (Digital Product Traceability) and there is getting started information, use cases and software configuration info.

These show most of the integrations, I will try and find something that shows an example of an end-to-end process. With these DPT/OSLC integrations you can work in different ways depending on tools involved and what your company process is, and if you're reworking an existing product, adding new product options or starting with a new product design.
