I am currently a Codebeamer administrator with limited coding experience. I would like to learn how to automate tasks in Codebeamer using the REST API and how to develop custom plugins. Could you please provide guidance on where to start, which topics or skills I should focus on, and any resources or best practices for a beginner in this area?
