IP address of the server where Codebeamer is installed has changed

Hello,

When the IP address of the server where Codebeamer is installed has changed,
should I change some settings of Codebeamer?
Is it necessary to edit some configuration files?

In my environment,
app server, database, repositories, etc. are deployed in a single server.

Codebeamer version: 2.1.0.3

Thank you in advance for your help.

Dear @TO_10566025  ,

Thank you for your question.

The only consideration is whether you use the IP address of your Codebeamer server in any "external" sources. If you do, you will need to update those sources to reflect the new IP address. However, if you use the hostname of the Codebeamer server instead of the IP address, and your DNS is correctly configured, no changes are required.

I can also confirm that the IP address change does not require any modifications to the Codebeamer server itself.

I hope this information helps. PTC Support Team
