Restoring tracker structure and items from baseline

I would like to ask, is there any way to restore the content and structure of tracker with the created baseline of it?

You cannot restore from a baseline, but you can export the project as a ReqIF archive from a specific baseline and then reimport at HEAD. Could you provide more details about your situation so I can offer more targeted advice?
