Synchronize Test Runs from Codebeamer to Jira

I want to synchronize Test Run tracker in codebeamer to Jira, but the 'Synchronize with Jira' option is not visible.

Why can't we synchronize Test Runs from Codebeamer to Jira?

In the Known Limitations section it is mentioned that certain tracker types cannot be synchronized with Jira:

• Release
• Component
• Team
• Pull Request
• Test Run
• Time Recording
